We understand emergencies arise and sometimes you may need to reschedule your appointment. Please be advised of our cancellation policy as a cancelled appointment can affect your stylists schedule for the rest of their day.  A missed appointment or one rescheduled or cancelled with out a full 48 hour notice will be charged a $35.00 fee. This fee must be paid the day of the cancellation. If this is not paid the day of, a rebooking fee of $50 rebooking fee and a $50 deposit must be paid before booking a new appointment.
